How do I use the ❄️ FrostFan or 🧊 FrostStack?
Just fill with water and turn the device on. It starts working immediately.

Orders are usually delivered within 6 to 10 business days.

Important notes:
– Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items
– Return request must be made within 14 days
– A 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
– Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
– Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
